BYU Women's Conference

The girls and I had such a wonderful experience attending Women's Conference together. Stacey wasn't with us because she is flying down to Utah next week to run the Ogden Valley Marathon, but next year we will all attend together. I missed the classes the first day while attending Aunt Sarah's funeral, but we met in Salt Lake that evening to shop at the Gateway, eat at Thaifoon's and sleep over at the Marriott. The classes I did attend on Friday were wonderful. We all tried to attend different classes and take good notes so we could share the insights with each other over dinner. I attended a class on preparing for couple missions and I love the scripture: D&C 112:19 Withersoever they shall send you, go ye, and I will be with you. The church is currently short 1165 senior missionaries.
T and I are anxious for the day when we can serve.

theres nothing quite like womens conf. and ed week to help strengthen bonds of friendship and help you learn how to be a better person/wife/mother/daughter of god all at the same time! i need to make an effort to attend next year!

Run for 4 hours or be edified? Which one sounds like the better end of the deal to you? :>
