The Lake family came to Liberty from Vancouver, Washington, for two weeks. We tried to keep them as busy as could be and we enjoyed them so much.
Since green is my favorite color, we had a raffle where everyone received something green.
Emma wowed the crowd with her memorization of The Preamble....she's only three!!
We played the eggs bashing game again to show the Lakes how to play.
Jamie hosted three games; one of which included eating crickets and other gross items...or maybe something tasty, you just never knew.
Camdyn impressed her cousins with her double dutch skills. Now the fun has ended and the Lakes head for home while Trace heads to Saudi Arabia. What a wonderful 2 weeks.

Good times. Thanks for always going above and beyond to entertain us. I think I have the funnest family on the planet.
I've been wondering when this post would come... you've had a LOT going on! It was fun to see your pictures and read more about the exciting events.
Oh how I love to see families having fun. But come on green for 4th of July, isn't that sacrilegious? Congrats on the new baby, wow love that hair. And I was so craving that raspberry shake, so sad we missed connecting!
It looks like the Skeen clan had a great couple of weeks! Fun pictures and activities. Thanks for sharing.
Have you recovered yet from all the fun and activities? It comes and goes so quickly. I'm glad we got to participate in a little portion of all the festivities. And I think you should enter in some contest for people to guess your age and then you get the money when they guess much, much younger than what you are! You're looking good.
Wow, what a busy month it's been. I think my favorite part was when Lydia was born. Then my next favorite was your birthday party with that yummy yummy cake. Great post. I am so behind on my blog updates, and journal entrys as well. In fact I should be cleaning right now instead of even doing this. But you are my mother after all, so it's okay if I take a break for you ;)
Lindsey's baby is so darling!!! I can't believe you have 13 grandchildren good job Trace and Ann. I am so glad to see you are so busy it took a little bit to post some pictures, it makes me feel a little bit better about my self. We are coming to Utah in a few weeks for my dads 80th birthday party; I will call you and see if you will be around we would love to see you.
HAppY latE BirTHday!! I didn't believe my mom at first when she told me your age...I still don't know if I believe it. I'm glad you had some fun adventures with the fam.
It looks like you Skeens definitely had a great party. Happy belated 60th by the way! I'm glad you had a great celebration.
