Then a journey must be taken up these stairs to the bonus room.
Notice the doors at the back end of the bonus room? They are for the two guest rooms and a bathroom.
The bathroom is small, but very functional. The shower is behind the door.

Finally we arrive at our destination...Annie's bedroom. Apparently I bought this bedroom set, isn't it cute?
I flew to Portland the day after Christmas to see the kinder and help Stacey do a little cleaning. I should send her a check for letting me help out. Seldom do I have so much fun. Can't think of much else I'd rather do than get a room in ship-shape. I cleaned 20 wooden blinds/shutters, painted the cupboards in the kids bath, did a fair amount of touch up painting, and deep cleaned the guest quarters that had been lived in by three boys for three years without their mother at home....get it?
These three keep the good times rolling. I hated to come home yesterday. Can you blame me?

Now that is funny. Why didn't you just add a side note that said "guests welcome....3 day limit". I am all over having the guests...but now I see why the 3 day limit in Mesa came into play. I told Todd it needs be called the Marriott or the Apartment or even just Maggies room. The kids and the mice miss you.
Mice? That's no good. . . I'm so glad you're all set up for when you visit the Lakes now. I can't wait to have a turn this summer! Love Griffin's haircut. He looks sharp.
Glad you had a good time and some projects to do. I love to have projects to do when I visit the kids and grands too.
Did you say 2 guest rooms??? Maybe one should be mine next time you go. I am always up for a road trip. That is great that you got to go.
I need to talk to you about something, but can't remember right now what it is....60 sucks... Love you...Talk to you soon.
Fun photos and commentary. I bet they love having you come visit. I hope I can do it someday.
